Simpliciti is an established telecommunications business that's been successfully operating and growing for the past 10 years. Over the years, we've kept our products simple (unlike our competitors), and in doing so kept costs to a minimum. And that, in a nutshell, is our history.

Launched in 1996 under the name of AlphaCall Telecommunications, we soon became a well-established service provider here in Australia. Initially we provided international calls, utilising callback technology, but very soon we expanded our range of services to include direct-dial Long Distance (international and national calls) and calls from home phones to mobiles.

This was followed shortly by the introduction of our Local Call, Mobile Phone and Internet Dial-Up services.

Over the following years, we introduced additional services such as line rental and Internet ADSL broadband, leading up to the present day where we now offer a full suite of telecommunications technology.

By 2006 the product offerings of our telecommunications competitors had become more and more confusing, yet AlphaCall remained the one telecommunications company that kept things simple, championing the real needs of the Australian consumer. So in order to communicate all that we stood for, we decided to rename our company Simpliciti, and brand positioning is 'Save with Simpliciti'.

Simpliciti's mission is to provide a full range of the latest technology and telecommunication services at the most affordable prices. By keeping it simple, we're better value, fairer and more user-friendly.

At Simpliciti, we believe that just because you have a telephone number, doesn't mean you have to be treated like one.
