Fixed Line Rates – calls from your home phone
Simplihome Rates available to residential customers connected to one of the Simpliciti Home Phone packages (having line rental with Simpliciti)
Block Rate
The maximum amount you pay for the first 30 minutes. Simplihome rates apply up to the capped rate and after the first 30 minutes. If you talk for less than 30 minutes and the charge calculated by the minute is less than the Block rate, you will pay the smaller amount. If you talk for more than 30 minutes, you will pay the Block Rate plus charges for the time over 30 minutes. Does not apply to calls to international mobiles. Available only to residential customers connected to one of the Simpliciti Home Phone packages
Mobile Rate
Rates for calls to international mobile phone numbers. Calls are charged by the second, plus a connection fee of 28c. The rates apply all day every day.
For those customers that have line rental with another provider you can still benefit from Simpliciti cheap international call rates. There are 2 options for this:
Simplipreselect
Your telephone number is pre-selected to Simpliciti long distance service which means that your international, national and mobile calls will be automatically be switched to Simpliciti.
OR
Simpliprefix
Your number is connected to our long distance service, so to make a call you simply dial a four digit override code before the number you are dialling. You will still receive bills from your existing provider for any calls you make without using the override code.
